In close proximity to the Pötzleinsdorfer Schlosspark, the newly constructed building continues the vastness of the surroundings in the penthouse with impressive ease. The open-plan apartment is visually enlarged by two front terraces. True to the motto of Mies van der Rohe, the exterior and interior space blend together, creating a feeling of living in the green.

The bifurcation of the interior of the apartment is equally reflected on the outside. On the south side, there is a terrace with a Rock Air outdoor kitchen from Steininger Designers and a Sciara dining table from Paola Lenti, on the north side of the apartment there is a yoga terrace as a common outdoor area of the bedrooms with Zinc fountain from Domani and floating IPE wooden walkway. On both terraces, there are recesses in the patio flooring with planting areas. 

Through the internal staircase, you now reach the terrace with a 360° view and a hot tub. Here too, sections have been created with Sedum areas, stepping stones, and various Domani ceramic plant pots. The outdoor furniture shines in different color variants, thus perfectly matching the ceramic plant pots.
This results in three incomparable roof terraces that make the view of Vienna and the adjacent recreational areas a special experience - a place where design meets nature and the quality of life is felt at the highest level.
