Gasthaus Floh, Langenlebarn

The traditional inn Floh in Langenlebarn was enhanced by Kramer and Kramer with a newly designed entrance area. The aim of the redesign was to create a welcoming atmosphere that gives guests a pleasant sense of space as soon as they enter.

Wood-clad storefront with a large front window, lush planters, and a wooden railing along a concrete walkway under a wooden overhang.

Bon appétit!

Rustic wood-clad gasthaus exterior with GASTHAUS letters and cursive Hoch, a planter of greenery along the base, and a faded black-and-white mural through the window.
Two stacked wooden planters on a rusty metal wall, overflowing with green herbs and leafy plants, with small white flower clusters.

The deliberate use of natural materials and the integration of lush greenery in the form of flush-mounted plant and herb boxes create a harmonious interplay of architecture and nature. These design measures underline the claim to contemporary, authentic hospitality and contribute to the spatial identity of the house.
