A treehouse with 100 trees
In the middle of the eighteenth Viennese district, not far from a market, Zoran Bodrozic (AZB), Andreas Pacher Architects and Andreas Haizeneder (Archiguards) have created an extraordinary city villa amidst buildings from the founding period.
The basic idea of the city villa is incredibly simple. A multi-generational house that individually adapts to its users. This was achieved through a multifunctional ground floor area including a wellness area and party room, followed by a large, light-flooded living room spread over two floors with a large kitchen.
In addition, there are two lofts and an "added" pavilion, which is surrounded by a lushly designed roof garden.
Thanks to the unique architecture with many different terraces and the large open space in the courtyard, no wishes remain unfulfilled.
Both inside and outside, there is a link between the different levels. This was achieved in the outdoor area through the lush greening of the individual terraces. The choice of materials and planting runs like a red thread from the access path through the garden and the terraces to the roof garden.
The so-called Treehouse is a true inner-city courtyard jewel - a green oasis in the middle of the city that perfectly combines tranquility, style, and urban lifestyle.
